Q: What’s something you would like to learn to do?  When do you plan on doing it?
A: I would absolutely love it if I could to learn how to draw.  I never really thought about when I would do it.

Q: What is your favorite school activity/subject?
A: My favorite school activity is gym and English.

Q: Why do you think so many girls have a negative body image or low self-esteem?
A: I don’t really know.  They shouldn’t.  I think they try to be like other people at school; like the popular girls.

Q: What qualities do you feel make a good friend?
A: The qualities I look for in a good friend are: loyalty, confidence and a sense of humor.

Q: What three things do you like most about yourself?
A: The three things I like about myself are: my creativity, courage and sense of humor.

Q: Who do you admire and why?
A: Gabby Douglas.  She is a huge inspiration.  She lived more than 5000 miles away from home to train and got a gold medal at the Olympics.

Q: Who has been a positive influence in your life?
A: My big brother, Victor. He is almost always happy and every time I feel sad, he is there to cheer me up.

Q: What’s something that you are proud of and why?
A: I am proud of my acrobatics and gymnastics.  I am so happy for how far I have gone in the sport. I am now at Gold level status, which is one level away from being at the top of my sport. And when my friends see me do it, they say it’s really cool and I think I can go really far with my Acro career.

Q: What activities do you do that make you feel good about yourself?
A: Besides acrobatics and gymnastics, the other activity that makes me feel good about myself is horse back riding. It’s really fun and teaches me responsibility because I have a big animal to care for.

Q: What are you two favorite and least favorite vegetables?
A: My two favorite vegetables are string beans and spinach.  My two least favorite are Brussels sprouts and carrots.

Q: If a genie could grant you one wish, what would you wish for?
A: At this point, I would wish for straight As.  I hate seeing Bs and Cs.

Q: Do you think honesty is always the best policy?  Why or why not?
A: Sometimes it is on the other hand, sometimes its not.  Sometimes you need to tell the truth but other times the truth hurts.

Q: What’s your favorite movie and book?
A: Movies – “The Simpsons” and “Mean Girls”
